The Story

A mysterious woman seeks out detective Sam Auger to solve her husband’s murder. Sam doesn’t know that “Cookie” has layers of secrets. She also has the priceless, Mask of the Golden Gaels safely hidden away. Unfortunately the dreaded underworld boss of bosses, Valek Kasparian, wants the mask and will stop at nothing to get it. Cookie is playing a dangerous game. Will she draw Sam into a world of murder and intrigue? How far will these people go to get the Mask? And who will win the prize in the end?

Dining With the Dead

written and directed by Whitby playwright Michael Khashmanian.


The BSTC goes on the road again, with Dining With the Dead.  The dinner theatre is a fundraiser for the Sifton-Cook Heritage Centre in Cobourg. The play has Dr. William King, the only person to be hanged for murder in Cobourg, returning from the Afterlife. Joined by his girlfriend Melinda, and rebels from the Cobourg Conspiracy, they have nasty plans in store for Cobourg! The ghosts of several notable people from Cobourg’s past have come from the Afterlife to try and stop them – but will they be in time?

Whitby Ghost Walk

Join the Beech Street Theatre Company on a spooky walk through downtown Whitby! Ghostly tales will be told through story telling and dramatic re-enactment of some of Whitby’s more colourful events from the Town’s past. .  The walks will happen in mid October. More details coming soon.
